Details
New data releases include:
- A pre-computed CRISPR guides track on human, mouse and other genome assemblies
- A mapping of GTEx expression data to genome coordinates with an interface that allows selection of tissues for display
- A Gene Interactions track, which collects data from multiple curated databases and from data-mining of the literature
- GnomAD variation data.
Recently added features include:
- Multi-region mode, which allows for display of exons only — or of any regions specified by the user — whether contiguous in the genome or not
- Track Collections, which allows co-configuration of multiple tracks at once and offers the ability to subtract one track from another (particularly useful for RNA-seq data)
- A new Gene Interaction format.
We’ll also review the not-so-recent, but often overlooked Saved Sessions feature, which allows storage of personal views for future use or for sharing with colleagues.
This workshop is free for registered ASHG meeting attendees. Full ASHG meeting schedule: http://www.ashg.org/2018meeting/
