Mapping DNA methylation with high-throughput nanopore sequencing
Abstract: DNA chemical modifications regulate genomic function. We present a framework for mapping cytosine and adenosine methylation with the Oxford Nanopore Technologies MinION using this nanopore sequencer’s ionic current signal.
